REGULATIONS WHEN BUYING ONLINE
1. CUSTOMERS SEND ORDER :
a- Need to provide information when submitting an order:
- Name of individual, unit
- Phone number
- Order content (Goods name, code, quantity...)
- Delivery address
Note: Anbaco only processes orders with all of the above information.
b- Send orders to Anbaco according to the following forms
- Send directly to cart from Website: www.anbac.com ( Note: Price does not include 10% VAT )
- Send email, call, or zalo to the reception staff listed in section 5 "CONTACT INFORMATION"
2- CUSTOMERS RECEIVE A QUOTE
Customers will receive a quote /reply after submitting the order. .
- Anbaco will try to respond during the earliest working hours.
- Quotation information includes: Selling price, condition of goods, form of payment, delivery time from date of receipt of payment.
- For orders customers choose in the shopping cart from the Website; www.anbac.com Please note that the total order price above does not include 10% VAT
3- TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS:
- Delivery scope: Nationwide.
- Free: Goods worth from 5,000,000 VND delivered within Ho Chi Minh City (except bulky goods).
- Charges : For other pickup locations. The specific fee will be notified by Anbaco to the customer when the order has been determined before payment.
4- PAYMENT FOR ORDER
- Customers pay payment according to the instructions of the order processing officer.
