Return the product within 3 days of receipt if a manufacturing defect is detected

REGULATIONS WHEN RECEIVING GOODS - EXCHANGING AND RETURNING GOODS

Customers need to check the list, quantity, quality, and records of goods immediately upon receipt from the delivery person.
If the buyer discovers an error, please contact Anbaco immediately for information and a solution.

Within 3 days of receiving the goods, if the customer discovers that the product has a technical defect or wants to exchange for another product, please contact Anbaco to resolve. (customer pays shipping costs).
Conditions for exchange and return: The goods are not damaged, have no scratches, have no signs of use, and are not peeled or torn from the packaging or labels.
Anbaco will cooperate to best resolve cases where goods must be exchanged or returned on a fair and reasonable basis, respecting the rights of each party.
