Human Resources Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support recruitment activities: post job advertisements, screen resumes, participate in the interview process (contact candidates, schedule interviews, evaluate candidates, etc.).

- Assist with HR management activities: update employee information, handle HR-related issues, documents, and files.

-Provide support for other administrative tasks within the HR department.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

- Internship Duration: 2-3 months

- Working Schedule: 3 days/week (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat) from 08:00 to 17:00 
- Location: 283A Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City

REQUIREMENTS

- 3rd / 4th-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Dynamic, with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Eagerness to learn and attention to detail in work.

- Own a personal laptop for work.
