The quality inspection, conducted according to TCVN 6407:1998 at Quatest 3, includes the following criteria:

• Penetration Test: Conducted with a 3kg steel object featuring a 60° conical tip, dropped from a height of 1 meter. Result: No penetration occurred
• Shock Absorption Test: Conducted with a 5kg object dropped from a height of 1 meter. Result: Impact deceleration measured at 48g, exceeding the standard by more than twice (48/100g).
• Flame Resistance Test: After 5 seconds of flame exposure, the helmet did not ignite.
• Insulation Resistance Test: Electrical insulation resistance > 1000 MΩ
• Electrical Resistance Test: Conducted at 3.5kVAC for 5 minutes with a leakage current of < 0.1mA.
